Often our knee jerk reaction is to go to our mind when we have questions like, "What is the right thing to do here? What decision should I make about this job/relationship/friendship" When in fact, there's another way to navigate life that is far more trustworthy, and in my experience yields way better results. But you can't just go from not using this tool at all to suddenly having mastered this tool. It's something that in many cases you may not have been using, and it needs to be exercised, you need to bring it back to life.
Larry Hankin is perhaps the most recognized “that guy” character actor in Hollywood; having appeared in over 200 films and TV shows, you definitely know his face. His filmography reads like a who’s who of Hollywood he has had roles in Laverne & Shirley, Friends, Escape from Alcatraz, Billy Madison, Home Alone, Seinfeld, Breaking Bad. He's also a writer and short film director (one of his films even earned him an Oscar nomination) and a painter.
