It's natural to experience ups and downs in life, especially when it comes to personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. I wanted to share with you some of the things I do to take care of myself when I feel the wobbles coming on.
Assume that everything that anybody has ever told you about how to do the thing you most want to do in this life is a lie. And not necessarily because they want to trick you or mislead you or keep all the good stuff to themselves (although that might be true) its more because your way of getting there is the only way of getting there - you can't do the thing that you want to do more than anything else in the world, somebody else way.
