Refund policy

Returns are easy, but please follow our process. Email me at kateshepherdcreative AT gmail.com include your order number in the subject line and tell us what you'd like to return and why. We'll review your return request and email you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) with the return-to shipping address. Please be sure to package your item(s) thoughtfully so goods aren’t damaged in the process. Goods returned to us in a damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
While I am thrilled to offer free shipping to you when you buy a piece of my work, if you change your mind and wish to return an item to me, I will have to deduct $25 from your refund amount to cover this cost.
Select and use the carrier of your choice as return shipping is not covered by us. Please select “signature required” to ensure your return package is receipt confirmed.
We’ll let you know via email when your package has been received, inspected and your refund is issued. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process.
Returns after the normal 30-day window are for store credit only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
