Limiting beliefs have run the show in my life for as long as I can remember. I've watched myself perform gymnastical feats to keep myself small, to hold back my light, mostly without even consciously realizing it. There was always this persistent yearning within me, especially before turning 30 - which I remember thinking would be when I'd finally be brave enough to bust out and unapologetically embrace and express my true self. It was harder than I anticipated.
