Cat is a mindset master. There have been so many times in her life that things have gotten really, really hard. And she has consistently found ways to love and appreciate every situation she has found herself in. This living gratitude has ushered her through the creative droughts and the difficult times in her life. As you’ll hear, Cat had a chaotic & traumatic childhood. Rather than letting herself be a victim of it though, she chose to lean into her experiences and use them to make herself strong and resilient.
